MEMO Hotel Management Software demo version (free 01 month) is installed on client computers directly or remotely.
For usage (ex : checkin, checkout, print guest bill, …) with actual hotel config data, you must provider us following information :
- Hotel Name, address, phone, email, logo
- Room Types, Room Number
- Minibar, laundry or service tariff plan
- Rate codes and rate amount
- Point of sales menu (in case of installing point of sales software)
Notes : To install trial version remotely, your computers must be installed Teamviewer or Ultraviewer
Do following steps to download and install Teamviewer :
Step 1 : Click here >> https://www.teamviewer.com/vi/download/windows/
Step 2 : click “Tải về TeamViewer”
Step 3 : open download file and install
Step4 : click “Run”
Step 5 : click “Run Only (one time use)” and “Personal / Non – commercial use”, click “Accept – run”
Step 6 : provide us “YOUR ID” và “PASSWORD”
Do following steps to download and install Ultraviewer
Step 1 : click here >> http://ultraviewer.net/vi/download.html
Step 2 : click “Download”
Step 3 : open download file and install
Step 4 : provide us “ID của bạn” và “Mật khẩu”
